The sun just set on an amazing summer season. Fall

The sun just set on an amazing summer season. Fall is for symbols like growth, harvest, death and rebirth just like we see in the nature. Yesterday I was reminded just how much we need others to grow. I was handing out leftover food to the houseless near my school. The man was so grateful and immediately tried to give it to a mom and her children as they walked by. The woman said she was grateful to be in a hotel and didn’t want to accept it originally but I encouraged her to. This man was willing to give up the food given to him and this woman told me she was fostering 8 kids in a hotel room down the street. She asked me for a hug and I just cried in my car after. There is so much kindness in the world and we can’t let one garbage disrespectful human dictate or change that mindset. Leaving this conversation I’m trying to take into account my growth but growth takes time and now might be the season 🍁🍂

The sun just set on an amazing summer season. Fall is for symbols like growth, harvest, death and rebirth just like we see in the nature. Yesterday I was reminded just how much we need others to grow. I was handing out leftover food to the houseless near my school. The man was so grateful and immediately tried to give it to a mom and her children as they walked by. The woman said she was grateful to be in a hotel and didn’t want to accept it originally but I encouraged her to. This man was willing to give up the food given to him and this woman told me she was fostering 8 kids in a hotel room down the street. She asked me for a hug and I just cried in my car after. There is so much kindness in the world and we can’t let one garbage disrespectful human dictate or change that mindset. 1. @ladybirdatlanta - we know the grove is the best spot on a Sunday day, but don’t sleep on their food!
2. @georgiatechfb tailgate on 5th street bridge!
3. @emeraldcitybagels saving me after a run of course!
4. @gigisitaliankitchen new updated location and many are a must visit!
5. @traderjoes coming in clutch for weekly grocery shopping!
6. @jenisicecreams had such fun seasonal flavors!

Gosh this was such a wonderful and unexpectedly fun weekend! Here are the spots I mentioned:
1. @ladybirdatlanta - obviously I’m huge fan of the capri sun pouches, but yall they have the BEST fries that pair amazingly with their burger!
2. @emeraldcitybagels - buy a bunch of their bagels, stick them in your freezer and thank me later!
3. @newrealmbrewing - great spot to watch football along the @atlantabeltline
4. @puretaqueria in @inmanpark - great outdoor spot for dogs and always fills me up!
5. @shopvinoteca - best wine store/tasting and we loved the DJ they had that afternoon!
6. @liquidiv - my savior during my race training I bought 4 bags of the firecracker flavor because I love it so much!

It was July 4th weekend with stunning weather, amazing company, and beautifully smooth waters. I saw @mommyshorts did a re-cap like this and I was inspired because it felt so overwhelming to do individual videos for all these things and I’d love to get back to “live” content if possible! This was such an epic way to celebrate my childhoo

This was such an epic way to celebrate my childhood bestie for her 30th bday!

1. We drove to @harpersferrynps ! It was about a 1.7 mile hike down to the rivers. Very scenic and such a cute town. We took the shuttle back up!

2. @riverriders was a fun way to enjoy a beautiful day! We didn’t have a reservation but walked up and paid $53 per person, it’s a little bit more if you go at peak times. 1pm was perfect. They said it would last 3 hours but we got done in an hour and a half!

3. We snagged some Mexican food in @townoflovettsvilleva which was so needed after being in the heat!

4. We then went to @hiddencroftvineyards for a tasting. Very homey and family oriented!

5. Last stop was @hillsboroughwine ! I loved the views of this one perfect for a sunset tasting and playing games!

This trip was honestly way more affordable than I thought it would be because we really valued activities/food over lodging and it worked out amazing! There were 6 of us girls and we got a suite @thelinq that had 4 queen beds! This cost doesn’t include gambling money because I pulled out $200 and put $200 back, so I broke even!
