Where to Find Teach Travel Tell in 2018

Enjoying the Bastille Day Celebrations in Strasbourg, France!

The new year is here and I’d love to share with you guys where I am going to hopefully give you insight into the posts I am going to be creating! There are tons of posts from 2017 that I am still going to publish like my “Best of Scotland in 5 Days” and “London to Cater Every Person,” but by writing this down I am hoping to keep myself accountable for my travel blogging.

We are coming up on year 1 of me having my travel blog and I hope you all have enjoyed it so far! I’ve been really good about updating pictures on my social media like Facebook and Instagram, but looking back I’ve only written about 1 blog post a month. I know that I am still trying to find my feet in this “blogging” sphere but I want to share more with you all!

Going on the Harry Potter tour in Edinburgh, Scotland!

Goals:

  • post a photo every day: whether it be about travel or teaching, it is something to show the reality of my life or places I have been
  • create 3 blog posts a month: I know that is only 2 more than I have been doing but that means one every other week and with being a full time teacher, coaching sports and still in graduate school I need to make my goals realistic
  • travel 1-2 weekends every month: this is something that I do personally to keep my mental health in tact. Traveling is an outlet and a relaxer for me and it makes me happy. I love the feeling of something coming up in life and you are super excited about it and that is how I feel every time I go on a new adventure
  • collaborate with 3 cities or brands or restaurants for the blog: I’d love to be able to work with a city or brand or restaurant to talk about all the amazing things I love about it and that’s one of my goals for next year as well. I want to only talk about thing I am passionate about and stay true to myself and what my blog caters to
  • save money every month while traveling:  a big niche for my blog is low cost travel which I am all about. So a personal goal for mine is be able to achieve all of my travel goals but also put away money every month so I can still have a solid savings for what lies ahead in life.

Where I am going in 2018:

I’m super excited for all the trips I have planned for next year and hope that you are wanting to venture along with me as well.
